This section is for parts that only fit imported rover Minis (1981-1999), while many parts are interchangable, some are very exclusive, this area is for them GVS104- FAN SWITCH IN BOTTOM OF RADIATOR,SPi 92 ON From 1992, this is the switch as fitted by the factory on the bottom of their radiators and has a seal CDU2334 which is supplied. CDU2334- RADIATOR SEAL FOR CDU1500 RAD SWITCH This is the rubber seal that holds the transmitter GVS104 in the bottom tank of the radiator on late cars--The seal is supplied with a new switch and all is held in by KTP9002 retaining clip which should be changed for safety Price:
KTP9002- FAN SWITCH RETAINING CLIP IN RADIATOR 1992 ON From 1992 mini radiators were fitted with a push in thermal transmitter GVS104 and this is the clip to hold it and the seal in place. The rubber seal is supplied on the transmitter but available as CDU2334. Price:
GRH1242- RADIATOR LOWER HOSE FOR SINGLE POINT INJECTION Rubber lower radiator hose for the single point injection cars only. Heater pipes run as follows heater to bottom hose heater to valve-valve to thermostat via PCH10532 T shaped hose and to inlet manifold- then inlet manifold returns to bottom hose. Price:
BAU5043- HEATER MATRIX RADIATOR 84-91 2 plastic 5/8"outlets at the same end and close together which exit the heater on the R/H side. The later HIF38 1275 and single point cars had a change point where the plastic outlets exited on the l/h-this is a JEF10005 These units take 5/8" heater hose,therefore on cars pre 1989 where the pipe work is still 1/2" you will need to fit 5/8" hose pipe with a reducer MOC210 amd then 1/2" hose as required--the plastic outlets are on the new matrix but available as JEP10007 repair kit if required Price:
