Cooling The mini cooling system was never really designed for Australian hot conditions, that is why you should never take shortcuts in keeping your mini cool, always take your time, inspect all areas like water pump condition/radiator core condition/fan/thermostat condition. 508-13 Mini short neck radiator cap This is the radiator cap fitted to new 2/3/4 core radiators sold by us. If you are unsure compare your current one to either this one or the 517-13 as seen in our store. The 517-13 is more commanly fitted to original core radiators.
