The mini cooling system was never really designed for Australian hot conditions, that is why you should never take shortcuts in keeping your mini cool, always take your time, inspect all areas like water pump condition/radiator core condition/fan/thermostat condition.

This is the original type radiator cap fitted to almost ALL minis when they left the factory. If you are unsure compare your current one to either this one or the 508-13 as seen in our store.

508-13 Mini short neck radiator cap

This is the radiator cap fitted to new 2/3/4 core radiators sold by us. If you are unsure compare your current one to either this one or the 517-13 as seen in our store.

The 517-13 is more commanly fitted to original core radiators.

This cap has holds 13 pound of pressure on your cooling system

RC50-13 Short neck recovery cap

This is used when you use a 'recovery' (that is the radiator blows out hot coolant to another bottle from the side of the filler neck, it then recovers/sucks in the coolant when the car is cold) this cap MUST have a recovery tank on the cooling system.

This screw holds the radiator shroud onto the radiator, you will require 6 for a full set.

This is a mini 'no bypass' water pump- as used on rover 'imported' models. Best thing about this waterpump is if you are running without a bypass hose you don't need to plug it

CAM6408- PULLEY LARGE WATER PUMP

This oversize water pump pulley is stock on late model cars, but will fit all models. Designed to reduce the horsepower drain and slow the water moving thru the radiator to allow it time to cool its very important for the higher RPMs run today. This oversize pulley is 4.265" diameter, older stock is 3.875".

C-ARA4444- 4 Core Radiator suit clubman/moke

The ultimate in cooling, the 4 core is probably the best, suit (998-1380) that you want to run cool, a 1275 will really apreciate this. This is too thick for a roundnose morris/cooper S model, see C-ARA4442

(we will need your old radiator back as an exchange) we require your old radiator back and a $50.00 deposit will apply (refunded when you return your top tank & side tube- or whole radiator)
