There are three main areas of clutch, hydraulic/lever/internal:

  • Hydraulic is from the pedal to the slave cylinder,
  • Lever is from the slave to the thrust bearing
  • Internal is the clutch plate/diaphragm and any primary gear play you may have.

This original metal canister master cylinder with Lockheed embossed on the can part has been available from minispares since August 2003, fits all minis and mokes. No real differance from the plastic type but this one looks more like original.

This clutch arm is a good copy of the genuine part, not as long lasting as the genuine type

Ensure you adjust the clutch properly otherwise the hydraulics are powerful enough to bend the ball end of the clutch arm, whether it be a genuine or pattern part.
